Event Description For the third year running, the much acclaimed Festival Players Theatre Company is returning to Hathersage for an open air production. Michael and Lizzie Shuttleworth would like to invite you to join them for a Summer performance of Shakespeare’s The Tempest 7:30 pm on Friday 25th June 2010 (picnics from 5:30 pm) ... in the garden of Nether Hall, Mill Lane, Hathersage, Derbyshire S32 1BG Tickets: £15 each Application forms are available by calling 01433 651098 or by emailing m.shutt@btinternet.com   ~#~   The exiled Duke Prospero conjures a tempestuous storm to lure his enemies to a strange and mysterious island, drawing them through a web of enchantment and illusion. A treacherous brother, fellow conspirators and old friends alike all fall under his spell. The play has many themes – not just love, tragedy and comedy but freedom, friendship, repentance andforgiveness. All life is there - a high energy production for all the family.
